RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND SHIPPING

Shipping Within the USA

We aim to have pieces sent out within 3-4 days of purchase, and are sent via USPS, UPS, or another standard carrier service. We use standard shipping, but if you would like to arrange for faster shipping please reach out with your order number and we can send you a quote for express shipping costs.

International Shipping

​

International customers are responsible for paying for any duties or tariffs associated with their purchase. We will do our best to work with you to get accurate shipping quotes for purchases that ship internationally.

Returns

​

If you would like to return your piece, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A full refund for the value of the piece will be sent to you once we receive the piece back safely. As the returner, you are responsible for the safe sending back of your piece. If the piece breaks in transit back to us, we cannot offer a refund for it.

What if my piece breaks? 
​

Once you own the piece, it is your responsibility to keep it from breaking. That said, if the piece breaks on the journey from our studio to you, please reach out and we would be happy to give you a gift card for the value of the piece or arrange an alternative solution.

Gifts

​

If the piece you purchased is a gift and you would like it sent straight from the studio to the receiver's home, we are happy to accommodate! Please reach out to us right after purchasing and we are happy to add a custom note to your purchase at no additional charge :)
